(1 '-rac-glycerol) is a chemical substance, also known as sodiuM-(1'-rac-glycerol) or simply sodium-PHGG.

Uses: It is a phospholipid molecule in the human body and has important physiological functions. In the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields, sodium-PHGG are used as coating agents, emulsifiers for capsules and pills, and also in skin care products and cosmetics as moisturizers and emulsifiers.
